Abstract: Take the example of the ongoing coal separating plant project as the research background,through the processing set-up, equipment selection,coal falling binning device and the regrading eqipment,Carry out a special optimization to Shatterproof measures and the high undersize fraction problem of coal，With the completion of the project put into operation,practice has proved that the reform effect is obvious,both the percent recovery of coal and undersize fraction maintained in high level, to provide reference to other projects when they want to do some similar technical reconstructions.
